Dalkia UK Engineering is looking for a skilled Project Information Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, delivering day-to-day project deliverables, and managing the Dalkia Common Data Environment (CDE) processes.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications such as HNC, NVQ, national certificate or diploma, and experience in edms such as Asite, Aconex/ 4projects/ Business Collaborator. You will also be required to ensure projects are set up, managed, and delivered in accordance with Dalkia's ISO 19650 processes.

This role involves collaborating with bid teams, commercial teams, and operational teams internally, as well as external stakeholders such as clients, consultant partners, supply chain, and manufacturers. You will be responsible for supporting and delivering Dalkia CDE training to projects.

**Annual Salary:** £48,000 - £58,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, deliver day-to-day project deliverables, and manage the Dalkia Common Data Environment (CDE) processes.
  • Ensure projects are set up, managed, and delivered in accordance with Dalkia's ISO 19650 processes.
  • Support and deliver Dalkia CDE training to projects.
