About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock & Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of our business as part of a thriving Maison in a global Luxury Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize process efficiency by managing all back office activities, including inventory control, loss prevention, and customer service.
  • Oversee BOH areas, ensuring they are tidy and well-organized, and rotating stock when necessary to optimize sales team efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage stock, client repairs, and items on consignment, minimizing stock loss and ensuring our product is protected from damage.
  • Manage stock returns to the warehouse, internal transfers, and client shipments, including import/export documentation.
  • Undertake regular departmental stock counts and follow-up investigations.
  • Take ownership of picking, packing, and shipping Ecommerce orders, including managing returns.
  • Perform daily floor checks and report any maintenance and H&S issues or potential risks.
  • Manage store maintenance, including supervision of contractors for regular services and reporting of ad-hoc issues.
  • Intruder and fire alarm testing in line with company policy.
  • Monitor and report H&S issues, including annual external audits.
  • Environmental reporting to HQ.
  • Manage Beverages and other store consumables.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of luxury retail store dynamics and priorities.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional late nights, especially during Inventory and peak season.
  • Effective prioritization and management of competing priorities.
  • Independent and proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
