About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Chartwells - Independent. As a key member of our operation, you'll work on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Maintain a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist with loading or unloading deliveries and supply vehicles
- Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image
- Ensure compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations

- Demonstrate ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
- Be an excellent team player with a committed and organized approach
- Have a desire to succeed in the role and be flexible to work shifts
- Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
