About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing detailed valuations and cost estimates for projects
  • Pricing contract variations and negotiating final accounts
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
  • Fully qualified and registered professional (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
