We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Booth Ventures. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Store Operations: Ensure seamless store operations, including stock management, customer service, and sales maximization.
  • Deputizing: Take charge as the Store Manager in their absence, guaranteeing flawless processes and professional compliance.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Stock Management: Execute daily stock orders to ensure the store is always fully stocked and ready for action.
  • Employee Development: Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and career progression.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home, covering other locally commutable stores.
