Job Summary

As a Relief Support Worker, you will carry out various duties while on shift, including working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people. You will also communicate and work well with our supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in social care or a related field. While not essential, having qualifications such as a Care Certificate or equivalent would be beneficial. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
