Job Description

Nelson and Colne College is a leading educational institution that values innovation, excellence, and teamwork. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Registry & Enrolment Assistant (Maternity Cover).

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of student enrolments, withdrawals, and transfers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process student enrolments, withdrawals, and transfers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Set up courses and registers as required
  • Input timetables and support rooming requests
  • Work closely with Curriculum and Support services to ensure student records are accurate and up to date
Requirements:
  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above (or demonstrable experience)
  • Experience of working on and inputting data on a computerised information system
  • Good working knowledge and practical experience of using Excel (desirable)
  • Experience of Management Information Systems and Registry procedures (desirable)

The salary for this position is £23,884.02 per annum, depending on experience.
