The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 5 years of experience in a recruitment agency/search firm with a strong preference for candidates recruiting for the financial services sector in front office.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation, business development and client retention.
  • Strong sales mindset—you're a hunter and a closer.
  • Experience in one or more of our core areas: Equities, Fixed Income, Cross Asset Solutions / Structured Products, or Wealth & Asset Management.
  • Motivated to deliver outstanding results, both individually and as part of a high-performing team.
  • We are also interested in speaking with recruiters who have a proven track record in revenue generation and the ability to establish a contract desk for us focusing on either interim / C-Suite Roles, Finance Roles, Support Roles, IT Roles. We are open to ideas and suggestions that would complement and enhance the existing setup at Platinum & Partners.
