Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team at Hilton Cambridge. As a key member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our restaurant, bar, room service, and conference and banqueting facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensuring that all guests' queries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Creating memorable experiences for our guests through excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Working closely with the management team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
