Claims Specialist

Kennedys is seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join its Claims Handling team. The selected candidate will handle pre-litigated claims from first notification of loss, providing a bespoke cradle-to-grave claims handling service for insurers and self-retained policyholders involving liability and property claims.

We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognized as market leaders in this sector. We often instruct on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices.

Required Experience
- 2-5+ years' experience of defendant personal injury and property claims working either in a legal or an insurance environment
- Track record of capably handling a caseload of pre-litigated fast-track and multi-track value liability and property type claims
