Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small, friendly team as a Help Desk Technician. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via telephone, email, and other communication channels.

You will use the company's internal knowledge base and work alongside experienced team members to resolve issues efficiently. Your tasks will include:

  • Answering customer calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Recording all works within the ticketing system
  • Providing remote end-user training where required

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and troubleshooting desktop and server issues. A disability confident employer, the company is committed to making reasonable adjustments for candidates with disabilities.

Please note that regular attendance at the office in NG18 Nottingham is essential for this role.
