Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the Quality Assurance plan for a significant capital project.
  • Review and approve all engineering-related project documentation, including User Requirement Specifications and Validation Execution Plans.
  • Collaborate closely with process engineers and third-party engineers to ensure quality considerations are integrated into facility design.
  • Work with both internal and external engineers to formulate the Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) strategy for project execution.
  • Partner with Site Operations and Engineering teams to create and document Process Qualification and Validation Strategies.
  • Utilize existing quality risk assessments to develop new assessments for the manufacturing facility.
  • Establish and report on quality metrics for the project.
  • Ensure timely communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Guarantee that all documents receive prompt approval from Quality management.

Your Qualifications:

  • A scientific degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a globally regulated environment with a solid understanding of quality system requirements.
  • Background in equipment, process, and/or cleaning validation.
  • Experience in various quality roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with electronic Quality Management Systems is a plus.
  • A confident and adaptable working style, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
