Borne Resourcing Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Director to join their team on high-end residential projects in the South East.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of directing and coordinating project activities, setting and implementing project strategy, and utilizing project management software.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Directing and coordinating all project activities with a focus on performance.
  2. Setting, reviewing, and implementing project strategy.
  3. Utilizing Project Commander software for programming, reporting, and delay analysis.
  4. Overseeing people management, including team leadership, recruitment, and client expectations.
  5. Commercial Management: Understanding JCT contracts, managing notifications, claims, and disputes.
  6. Proactively working with commercial team members, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring accurate reporting.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

They will have a proven track record of delivering high-end residential projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This role can also be referred to as Project Lead / Project Director, Construction Director, Senior Contracts Manager.
