Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Installation Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining security systems, including intruder alarms, access systems, and CCTV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain security systems to the relevant industry standards.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and establish effective relationships with customers.

  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize jobs correctly.

  • Complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates, and BSIA certificates as required.

Requirements

  • Experience within the security industry.

  • Driving license.

  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.

  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry, such as 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC.
