Community Support Worker Opportunity


We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic individual to join our community team in Weymouth and Dorchester areas. As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals with autism, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.


Your day-to-day tasks will include:



  • Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and medication routines
  • Participating in activities like swimming, walking groups, day trips, and holidays to promote social inclusion and engagement
  • Maintaining accurate records of care plans, finances, appointments, and medication
  • Providing personal care from personal hygiene prompts, helping with bathing and washing, and administering medication

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adaptable and proactive, and have a full driving license with access to your own vehicle.


The salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will also receive additional benefits, including:
