Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company as a Financial Controller in Swindon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's financial affairs, including accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of our company's financial management.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance against budget.
  • Provide financial guidance and advice to departmental management and other stakeholders across our business.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Controller with a strong background in accounting/finance and experience within a Financial Controller or similar role. IT literacy with Sage50 experience is also required. A degree in accounting/finance or a relevant professional qualification would be desirable but is non-essential.

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, and we offer a range of benefits, including:
