Key Responsibilities- Delivering Customer Shopping Trips
- Ensuring the van and trays are clean and organized
- Loading the van as required and checking for roadworthiness
- Talking to customers about any changes to their order, including substitutions and offering refunds
- Taking care of products and deliveries as if they were your own
- Explaining to customers that they will not be charged for substitutions
- Delivering during the customer's time slot
- Calling customers before arriving at their property if early
- Calling the store if running 30 or more minutes late
- Building Relationships with Colleagues
- Creating a positive and inclusive team environment
- Working together to ensure our store is the best it can be for customers
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Being warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues

- Meeting Requirements
- Having a UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
- Able to adhere to GB Domestic Driving Rules
