Job Description

Sewell Wallis Ltd is a well-established professional services company based in Leeds, offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Billing Assistant to join our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with strong finance background, preferably AP/Billing/Revenue Control, to coordinate legal matters from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will be responsible for creation and delivery of billing to some of our largest and most complex global clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to drive financial hygiene by guiding fee earners, partners, and secretaries on the billing of WIP/disbursements and client debt status. A first-class client service will be provided to both clients and internal stakeholders across our network.

A strong understanding of finance, hybrid working, and modern offices located in the centre of Leeds with good transport links make this role an attractive opportunity.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
