About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our dynamic IT team at Conexus MedStaff. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and integrated technology solutions that align with our ambitious business transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Technical Solutions: Develop end-to-end technical solutions across a broad range of business transformation projects, including digital front-end experiences and back-office systems.
  • Architectural Frameworks and Strategies: Develop architectural frameworks and strategies for system integration and technology adoption.
  • Data Governance and Management: Establish and monitor a data governance process, ensuring adherence to data standards, and design and implement a comprehensive company-wide data model.
  • Technical Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal and third-party build teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • CRM System Integration: Lead the implementation and integration of CRM systems with other business platforms, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Business Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into technical requirements.
  • Technical Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed documentation of all solutions, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures, and ensure all solutions comply with relevant compliance, security, and regulatory standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, system design, and implementation, with proven experience in data architecture, CRM, and ERP systems, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data modeling tools, ETL processes, and tools, with experience in automation and AI, and hands-on experience with CRM integration tools and techniques, including APIs and middleware.
  • Certifications and Education: TOGAF certification and/or Microsoft certification is highly preferred, and a strong understanding of CRM platforms, data warehousing, big data, cloud platforms, and back-office solutions (Finance, Payroll, Procurement, HR).
