We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our dynamic IT team at Conexus MedStaff. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and integrated technology solutions that align with our ambitious business transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal and third-party build teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Architecture and Design: Design end-to-end technical solutions across a broad range of business transformation projects, including digital front-end experiences and back-office systems.
- Data Governance: Establish and monitor a data governance process, ensuring adherence to data standards.
- Technical Strategy: Develop architectural frameworks and strategies for system integration and technology adoption.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into technical requirements.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, system design, and implementation.
- Skills: Proven experience in data architecture, CRM, and ERP systems, ideally within a similar industry. Proficient in data modeling tools, ETL processes, and tools, with experience in automation and AI.
- Certifications: TOGAF certification and/or Microsoft certification is highly preferred.
