Key Responsibilities:
- Raise samples on company systems as requested by the Sales Manager, ensuring accurate and timely data input.
- Create sample requests and update the sample tracker to maintain up-to-date information.
- Enter sales data into PDCF (internal/group sales order system) with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a critical path and ensure accurate information on company systems.
- Sort and distribute incoming team post, prepare and send outgoing team post, and assist with showroom set-ups for customer meetings.
- Be flexible and assist with ad-hoc duties and tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least one year's experience in a busy administration environment.
- Excellent numerical and organisational skills.
- Intermediate level of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong work ethic, considerate teammate, good communicator, and pride in work.
