Talent Torch is seeking a highly skilled Principal Archaeology Consultant to join our expanding team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our multidisciplinary consultancy, you will possess expertise in both archaeology and heritage, providing consultancy advice, producing and managing assessments and heritage statements, and collaborating with our EIA team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultancy advice on archaeology and heritage matters.
  • Produce and manage high-quality assessments and heritage statements.
  • Collaborate with the EIA team to integrate heritage considerations into environmental assessments.
  • Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Mentor and support junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in archaeology and heritage consultancy.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working arrangements.
