Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Cost Estimator to join our esteemed Facades & Cladding Division. This role primarily involves office-based responsibilities, complemented by site visits 1-2 times a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and navigate challenging site conditions.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to overcoming unforeseen obstacles.
  • Utilize your construction experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial capacity.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Facades and Cladding is advantageous but not mandatory.
