About Us:

Aspens Services Ltd is a leading contract catering company specialising in education sector food. We create a unique culinary experience for students and staff by combining our knowledge of food trends and education.

We are looking for a skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will prepare and deliver nutritious, healthy, and fun menus for students and staff. You will focus on delivering high-quality food and service, with a flair for originality and creativity.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparations of menus using provided recipes, while ensuring Food Hygiene, Allergen and Health and Safety compliance
• Production of hospitality as per client requests, with supervision of the team
• Building relationships with clients and customers, providing a friendly and polite customer service experience for all

About You:

We need someone with a passion for delivering exceptional food and service to our schools. Ideal candidates will have some knowledge of education catering, using fresh ingredients and possess excellent craft skills. You will have Food Hygiene level 2 & 3 and excellent knowledge of health and safety practices. Computer literacy and experience of using different systems are also required.
