Luxury Hotel in Derry seeks an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to assume responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. About the Role:

  • Oversight of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control
  • Development of strategies to improve customer retention and attract new patrons
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Management of inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure necessary supplies are available

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in other managerial positions in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including customer service, kitchen management, and financials
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
