About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our US recruitment team as a career-driven sales executive. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Identifying and securing new business partnerships
- Managing job vacancies from clients, including advertising roles and conducting interviews
- Overseeing candidate management, including relationship development and securing new candidates
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission (10-40% of everything you invoice). Our benefits include industry-leading training, an empowered working environment, social events, and team-building activities.
