Retail Sales Advisor Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Nisbets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver first-class customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met and exceeded
* Take ownership of contributing to store sales targets and KPIs, including revenue, margin, conversion, footfall, quotes, and ATV
* Contribute to the store outreach plan, utilizing your local knowledge to drive sales growth
* Participate in general shop floor duties, including stock replenishment and processing deliveries
* Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to drive customer engagement and repeat custom

* Competitive hourly rate of £11.70
* Performance-related bonus paid quarterly onto your annual salary (pro rata for part-time)
* 20 days holiday plus an attendance bonus, which can mean up to 4 days additional annual leave or a cash payment
