Role Overview:
Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Child Development Specialist to provide needs assessments for schools and families in East Anglia, particularly in Suffolk. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering tailored support to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed psychological assessments to identify the educational and developmental needs of children and young people.
  • Collaborate with schools, families, and other professionals to create effective support strategies and interventions.
  • Deliver written reports to inform Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and other support plans.
  • Provide expert advice to schools and families, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children with additional needs.
  • Work flexibly across schools and family settings in East Anglia.

Position Details:
  • Location: East Anglia
  • Work Pattern: Full-time
  • Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Requirements:
  • Fully qualified Educational Psychologist with HCPC registration.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments for children and young people.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, and multi-agency teams.
