Job Summary
  • This is an immediate start position with the opportunity to work on various tasks related to accounts receivable, including processing payments and maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage incoming payments accurately, ensuring up-to-date financial records.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve account discrepancies with professionalism.
  • Maintain and organise financial documents, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Work closely with the finance team to support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
