Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Literacy Support Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Reading Tutor to support students aged 11-16 in developing their reading skills at a thriving secondary mainstream school in Hounslow, Greater London.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist students with literacy difficulties, including those with dyslexia.
  • Implement structured, engaging teaching activities to motivate and enhance students' learning.
  • Ensure all pupils have equal access to learning opportunities and promote the inclusion of students with specific needs.
  • Encourage cooperative interaction among pupils and support their overall development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A graduate with high levels of literacy and reading proficiency.
  • Passionate about education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
Salary Information

The salary for this position will be £25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Additional Details

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please note that this is a temporary position with possible option to make permanent later.
