We are currently recruiting for a Senior Parts Advisor to join our team at our Bristol Street Motors Ford Crewe dealership.
This is a full-time permanent position offering a £28,000 basic salary plus company benefits.
As our Senior Parts Advisor, you will help to oversee the parts department, maximising departmental profitability and achieving the departmental business plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the parts inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase departmental profitability.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a parts advisor role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
