Sales Excellence Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive commercial success through telephony, email, and Teams. As a Sales Excellence Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring optimum success through direct customer account management.
You will:
- Commercial Process - Ensure all commercial target requirements are achieved through a diligent and intelligent approach aligned with commercial strategy.
- Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with predetermined portfolios of customer accounts; manage successful internal relationships.
- Sales Management - In accordance with predetermined financial expectations, achieve the securing of targeted levels of revenue and profit with pricing decisions all in accordance with Tarmac Pricing Policies.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including bonus scheme, enhanced holiday entitlement, contributory pension scheme, and access to the Tarmac Reward website.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop a service excellence ethos, ensure customer service expectations are met, and contribute to commercial intelligence by gathering market and commercial insights. You'll work closely with our commercial management team to create Account Action Plans and drive commercial growth.
To succeed in this role, you'll need proven sales capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers. Experience using IT systems and a consistent professional style when taking calls are also essential.
