As a Digital Sales Consultant at Virgin Media O2, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding in-store performance and customer care. Your main responsibility will be to become an expert in all things O2, promoting our products, services, and brand to customers. You will consistently meet store targets by creating tailored recommendations and sharing our 'Why O2?' message.

You will take ownership of your own performance and contribute to the overall success of O2. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive induction program and ongoing training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming an expert in all things O2 and promoting our products, services, and brand to customers.
  • Consistently meeting store targets by creating tailored recommendations and sharing our 'Why O2?' message.
  • Taking ownership of your own performance and contributing to the overall success of O2.
  • Developing your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive induction program and ongoing training.
