About the Role

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests. This includes:

  • Managing labour costs and optimizing menu pricing to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality and presentation.
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to set and achieve business objectives, including sales targets and profit margins.
