About the RoleAs a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests. This includes:
- Managing labour costs and optimizing menu pricing to drive revenue growth.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality and presentation.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Collaborating with the General Manager to set and achieve business objectives, including sales targets and profit margins.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Key RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in restaurant management, preferably within a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as compliance with health and safety protocols.
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,250 - £39,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
