We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a large, well-respected secondary school in Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting students with moderate learning difficulties, including ADHD, Autism, and Asperger's.
The ideal candidate will be confident in the classroom, able to take direction from the Class Teacher, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be flexible, enthusiastic, and dedicated to supporting children with educational needs.
The role will involve assisting the Teacher with classroom preparation, working with pupils in KS3 and KS4, and providing 1:1 support to students who require additional help. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading group work and helping the Class Teacher with pupil observations.
