Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's operations, products, and internal processes.
  • Establish and build strong internal customer relationships and communications channels within the group.
  • Manage day-to-day issues that may arise between production, engineering teams, and internal customers.
  • Answer customer calls and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Utilize the company's CRM system to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop and implement best practices and a consistent approach across internal and external customers.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and increased profitability.
  • Analyze and interpret sales data to aid in forecasting, reporting, and other applicable metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales and customer service environment, preferably in a B2B production or engineering setting.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and TEAMS.
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting sales data.
