Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and facilitate rehabilitation programmes, including group exercise classes and one-to-one coaching sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to promote self-directed activity, goal setting, and emotional wellbeing support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
  • Monitor and track patient progress, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new rehabilitation programmes and services.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with digital platforms.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
