Senior Civil/Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team at Aldwych Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions for a variety of civil/structural infrastructure projects.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in buildings and bridges design, as well as experience with other structures. You will be working on projects such as substation design for UK Power Networks and rail sector projects. Our team is dynamic and creative, and we are looking for someone who can make a real impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality civil/structural solutions for a variety of projects
- Lead projects and mentor junior staff members
- Issue fee bids and manage client relationships
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with hands-on design, project management, and client liaison
- Strong technical skills in steel and concrete design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
