About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC/AC Engineer to join our expanding construction biased business. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our FM division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing all AC units at prestigious commercial dwellings.
  • Fault finding and repairs of air conditioning systems; VRV VRF's, split units, chillers.
  • Providing maintenance and inspection of all units on sites.
  • Completing small works, installations and refurbs of AC cooling equipment.
  • General ad-hoc maintenance tasks when required.
Requirements
  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works / tasks completed within KPIs.
  • A Current F gas category one certificate.
  • Previous experience in same or similar role.
  • NVQ level 2 in AC.
