About This Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our expanding construction biased business. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Facilities Management (FM) division with exceptional air conditioning and mechanical services.

Our organisation is comprised of various divisions, including Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works, and other associated trades. You will have the opportunity to work with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, servicing a range of prestigious commercial properties.

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of air conditioning units.
  • Conduct fault-finding and repairs of air conditioning systems, including VRV VRF's, split units, and chillers.
  • Provide regular maintenance and inspection services for all units on site.
  • Complete small works, installations, and refurbishments of air conditioning cooling equipment.
  • Carry out general ad-hoc maintenance tasks as required.
  • Ensure all work is completed within KPIs and to a high standard.
  • Hold a current F-Gas Category 1 Certificate.
  • Have previous experience in a similar role or have relevant qualifications in air conditioning.
