About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled UX Design Director to lead our Payments team in delivering innovative and user-centered design solutions. As a key member of our design leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the overall design strategy and vision for our payments products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of experienced UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly payment experiences across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless design execution and delivery.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across our payment products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design innovation and strategy.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on payments and financial services.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing design teams and delivering complex design projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative design solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and design systems.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and principles.
  • Experience with design research and testing methodologies.
