Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective knowledge transfer through adapted training plans tailored to individual learning styles
  • Design and implement comprehensive training sessions to build technical skills and confidence
  • Monitor and assess trainee progress through quizzes, live query resolution, and quality assurance, providing actionable feedback
  • Collaborate with 2nd line teams and stakeholders to ensure training materials remain current and accurately reflect process changes
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience of managing improvement projects and processing high volume activity
  • Exceptional customer focus/engagement/stakeholder management skills
  • Proven influencing, networking, and stakeholder management skills at senior management level
  • Experience managing, leading, and motivating large multi-disciplined teams
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Experience of delivering continuous improvement programs
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
