About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team at G3 Systems. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sub-contractor relationships and ensure compliance with their terms and conditions.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and cost management.
  • Attend office and international meetings as required.
  • Procure, manage, and coordinate MEP services, ensuring compliance with G3 Standards.
  • Develop and implement MEP procurement strategies aligned with building fabric elements.
  • Complete MEP procurement programs and tender documents.
  • Ensure timely issuance and auditing of MEP designs.
  • Collaborate with the Design Manager to provide technical advice and manage design programs.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with procurement strategies.
  • Complete risk schedules and financial assessments of sub-contractor tender submissions.

Requirements:

  • HND or Degree-level education in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on MEP services.
  • Membership of a Professional Body, progressing to Chartered status.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience in confirming, agreeing, and pricing variations.
  • Sound knowledge of construction contracts, particularly NEC3/4.
