Job Title: Data Management Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Team Lead to join our team at Rotork plc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers manage the flow of liquids, gases, and powders across various industries worldwide.

With a strong background in data analysis and business acumen, you will be responsible for leading our data management team in implementing one of the largest MS Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM rollouts globally. You will work closely with our Engineering teams globally, providing guidance and assistance throughout each phase of the project, from assessment to going live with the new system.

As a Data Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical leadership and ensuring best practices are set and adhered to
  • Day-to-day team management, including setting objectives, task allocation, and technical guidance
  • Supporting the development of project plans to influence project timescales
  • Presenting analysis results and project solutions to key stakeholders, including senior leaders and internal customers
  • Developing and preparing technical records and reports to demonstrate compliance with associated specifications and standards
  • Providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Communicating project status to key stakeholders on a frequent basis
  • Collecting and reviewing project risks and issues, creating action and mitigation plans accordingly
  • Reviewing RAID logs and escalating as required
  • Coordinating project activities across multiple sites at different stages of deployment
  • Continuously improving internal processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Essential experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
  • Essential experience in Microsoft Office platforms
  • Preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PLM system(s)
