Job Title: Strategic Procurement Specialist
Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Procurement Manager to join our team at Kamro Ltd. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring that all materials and services are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively.

About the Role:

As a Strategic Procurement Specialist, you will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory levels to support our company's operations. Your expertise in procurement will be crucial in maintaining our standards of excellence and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.

About Our Client:

Kamro Ltd is a leading joinery firm renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship and innovative solutions. We have a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality, bespoke joinery projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and hospitality.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
  2. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms and prices.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
  5. Oversee the procurement budget and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement or a related field.
