Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team on a rotational basis. The successful candidate will provide a high-quality pharmacy service through medicines optimisation, advising on cost-effective care and attending MDT ward rounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a clinical pharmacy service to a defined specialty on a rotational basis
  • Promote the safe, effective, and economical use of medicines in patients being cared for by the Trust
  • Support the training and development of staff members and vocational students
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in pharmacy and Trust practices

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy
  • Member of General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhc)
  • Graduate with some hospital experience
  • Certificate in Pharmacy Practice or equivalent
