Manufacturing Plant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Plant Manager to join our client's team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site support to the customer, including dispensing ink, managing press returns, and maintaining dispensing equipment.
- Support ink blender and ink production by observing health and safety rules, maintaining good housekeeping, and ensuring the ink area complies with customer hygiene accreditation.
- Provide on-site technical support, including attending daily production meetings, supporting press trials, and updating digital colour databases.
- Maintain colour measurement equipment, capture 'NCR' issues, and action accordingly.
- 2 years' experience in an ink manufacturing or flexo printed packaging environment.
- Good colour vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- IT skills, problem-solving skills, and a full driving license.
