Job Title: Manufacturing Plant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Plant Manager to join our client's team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide on-site support to the customer, including dispensing ink, managing press returns, and maintaining dispensing equipment.
  2. Support ink blender and ink production by observing health and safety rules, maintaining good housekeeping, and ensuring the ink area complies with customer hygiene accreditation.
  3. Provide on-site technical support, including attending daily production meetings, supporting press trials, and updating digital colour databases.
  4. Maintain colour measurement equipment, capture 'NCR' issues, and action accordingly.
Requirements:
  1. 2 years' experience in an ink manufacturing or flexo printed packaging environment.
  2. Good colour vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  3. IT skills, problem-solving skills, and a full driving license.
