About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Van Delivery Driver to join our home delivery team. As a Van Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing customers with same-day delivery options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading your van with assistance from the warehouse team
  • Delivering up to 25 drops per shift within a designated area
  • Providing exceptional customer service during deliveries
  • Utilising telematics to monitor driving behaviour and adherence to safety standards
  • Achieving 98% ontime deliveries
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction scores through excellent service
Requirements
  • Valid UK manual driving license held for a minimum of 12 months
  • Minimum age of 18 with a clean driving record no more than 6 points (DVLA license checks will be conducted)
  • Fulltime availability with flexibility for both AM and PM shifts (5AM Starts)
  • Must be able to work Sundays and Mondays
  • Smart appearance with a proven track record of great customer service
  • 6 months of previous multidrop driving experience
  • Ability to meet performance targets and expectations
