Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Front of House Team Leader to join our team at the Red Lion, a well-established and award-winning local pub in the heart of the West Midlands.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Front of House team, ensuring excellent customer service and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and motivate the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
  • To maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the pub, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests
  • To effectively communicate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum age of 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with colleagues and guests alike
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to drive results and improve performance

Salary and Benefits
