We are currently working with a franchised Motorbike dealership who are looking to recruit an experienced Motorcycle Service Advisor to join their team.
This is a new and exciting position, and as a Motorcycle Service Advisor, you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customers with detailed information about service and repair work required for their vehicles in a professional and courteous manner.
- Advise customers on timescales and collection arrangements for their vehicles.
- Produce job cards on the company's in-house computer system.
- Update customer and bike records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Document all warranty work in accordance with the manufacturer's policy.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor, with a strong background in motorbike service and repair.
- Full driving license.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Basic salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
Plus bonus and commission plan
